Green Lantern John Stewart has sent out a call for help to planet Oa. The Red Lantern Dex-Starr has arrived in Coast City, and is causing a panic in its wake. Stewart believes that the raging cat is looking for Hal Jordan, and that only his presence may put a stop to the feline's frenzied search. Hal Jordan and Kyle Rayner are heading for Earth to help with this unusual development.
